I've started thinking of movie trailers for my story, after a certain thread in the TvTropes forums. And, that's when I realize that it can't be done. Every story has a different protagonist, and it's like a Discworld-esque universe. Practically everybody has a backstory, except for the first two characters.

Alright. Let's try it.


Trailer

Higeki no Heroine plays for first 10s as camera pans down on to large base in the middle of desert.

Generic Narrator (GN): Nothing special ever occurs in this world...

Music changes to Oi Oi, plays first 22s. Cuts to shots of various things, including a clockwork human, an armored crocodile assaulting various guards while an AC-130 flies overhead. Music ends.

GN: That's because they're all here, protected by the best and brightest minds.

Shot of a man walking down a carpeted hallway, loading a gun. No music. Narrator speaks instead for the whole shot.

GN: There are always people who wants them dead.

Man cocks gun, walks up to a blue-haired woman, and places it on her back. Cut to shot of him being dangled out a window by the same woman.

GN: They usually fail.

Fade to black. Next shot, of a futuristic airplane dropping a bomb out. Zoom into target, a black car, and back passenger seat, a man in a labcoat. Narrator speaks as scene cuts to nuclear explosion.

GN: And sometimes, they succeed. Thankfully, there are more than one person in charge.

Kouchou Kouchou begins, plays for 2s. Shot of a man in a Hawaiian shirt and a white labcoat, feet on the table, hands clasped behind head with a smug look. He hums along to the Background Music.
Subtitles: Doctor Treble, slightly eccentric doctor.
Cut to a large cannon firing a small projectile out with a visible shockwave. 
Subtitles remain same, except 'slightly' is crossed out.

Instrumental version of SELECT plays for 3-5s. Shot of a blue-haired woman interrogating a blindfolded man. No signs of torture. No sound is provided. Music segues to Megassa Koukishin.
Subtitles: Agent Yuki 'Tenshi' Yamato, Chief Interrogator.
Cut to shot of her with a sniper rifle. Fade to black. One shot is fired, and music ends. Shot of Yamato lifting head from scope. 
Subtitles add on: Also known as the 'Sniping Angel'.

Instrumental to Girls in Wonderland play for 2s. Bald Russian in military uniform punches punching bag in time to drums.
Subtitles: General Chekov. Incredibly intelligent, influential and strong.
Cut to shot of tank flying from a dune of soil. Water droplets flies off it. Image pauses and zooms, and Chekhov can be seen standing from the turret.
Subtitles add on: Incredibly childish too.

Instrumental version of Kenka Youho no Jikan da yo plays until third cymbal crash. First shot, is of a large, black man with a single golden necklace that has a single ruby in the middle. Second shot is of a monkey with the same necklace with a shorter chain, as a bracelet. Third shot is of a short, slightly overweight white man, with the same necklace.
Subtitles: The immortal, body switching  Doctor Graves.
Shot of third man throwing himself in the path of the aforementioned armored crocodile.
Subtitles move 'Doctor Graves' aside to fit in 'suicidal and brave to the point of idiocy'.

GN: Most of all, the sheer danger of their jobs dull everything else.

Cut to shot of Treble windmilling two telescopic batons, and Chekhov cracking his knuckles. Both men have a smug and bored expression on their faces. Zoom slowly out as first 3s of instrumental version of D:Drive/Love plays. Reveals two dozen heads, presumably enemies.

Treble grins widely, turns to Chekov.

Treble: Try not to kill any of them, General.

Fade to black.
